At MArtian Logic were looking for ambitious BDRs ready to become full-cycle Business Development Managers where youll hunt qualify demo negotiate and close your own deals with significantly higher earning potential and access to bigger opportunities.

What Youll be Doing


As a full-cycle BDM youll own the entire sales process end-to-end. Youll build your own pipeline run discovery calls deliver compelling demos handle objections negotiate and close new business.

Youll work in a fast-paced high-performance supportive environment where you can sharpen your skills learn advanced selling techniques and turn your prospecting strength into real closed-won revenue.

What Were Looking For

  • 2 years B2B sales experience (strong BDR/SDR background highly regarded)

  • At least 612 months in SaaS sales (HR tech HCM or payroll experience is a big advantage)

  • Proven track record of high activity and consistently hitting or exceeding targets

  • Genuine passion for outbound prospecting and cold outreach

  • Strong desire to move into full-cycle selling and closing your own deals

  • Resilient coachable and hungry to grow your income and career
