Job Summary
Location: Macclesfield
Salary:per year (depending on experience qualifications previous registration history and size of the home)
Working Hours / Shift Pattern: Structured working pattern
Employment Type: Permanent
Service: Childrens Residential Home
Service Users: Children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)
Qualifications Required: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) and willingness to complete or hold Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in a senior role within childrens EBD care including leadership or management experience within a childrens home

An experienced and confident Registered Manager who can lead a solo EBD provision with a strong focus on safeguarding therapeutic care and positive outcomes. You will have a solid understanding of Ofsted regulations experience managing teams and the ability to create a stable and nurturing environment for young people.
