Your Mission at Elis
Lead and manage the full bid lifecycle from opportunity assessment to submission.Coordinate crossfunctional teams to gather inputs and keep deliverables on track.Write clear compelling compliant responses for Invitation to Tender (ITT) Selection Questionnaire (SQ) PreQualification Questionnaire (PQQ) and Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) submissions.Ensure every bid meets public procurement legal GDPR and internal governance requirements.Review tender documents structure proposals effectively and run internal quality checks.Manage supplier briefings clarification questions and procurementportal activity.Produce highquality clarification presentations and support postsubmission reviews.Maintain bid libraries case studies evidence and drive ongoing improvements. What will make you stand out
Proven experience managing complex multistakeholder bids.Excellent written English with the ability to shape persuasive customerfocused content.Strong project management organisation and attention to detail.Confident communicator able to influence at senior level and coach SMEs.Advanced MS Office skills; proposal automation tools advantageous.Knowledge of UK public procurement processes and compliance expectations.Degreelevel education (English/Journalism preferred); APMP certification an advantage.
