Position Description:

Missions
46 years of experience in an IT infrastructure-related field preferably within an outsourcing or managed services environment.
Experience with Sterling File Gateway (SFG).
Experience with Sterling Integrator.
Experience with IBM Connect:Express.
Experience with IBM Connect:Direct.
Experience working in Production Support.
Experience with Unix/Linux environments.
Experience in business process creation and maintenance.
Experience with protocols: SFTP FTP FTPS HTTPS S3 and PESIT (nice to have).
Strong skills in certificate renewals.
Participation in disaster recovery activities for applications.
Profile
Functional Skills
Member of the Messaging & File Transfer team responsible for managing messaging and file transfer services.
Ensure effective and efficient management of services for end users and application teams.
Manage and coordinate a multi-skilled team support onboarding of skilled resources.
Manage projects control costs and budgets and ensure optimization.
Good understanding of automation and best practices.
Ability to handle critical escalations and drive resolution.
Ability to work independently propose ideas and collaborate in a global environment.
Comfortable working in high-pressure and challenging environments.
Strong knowledge of infrastructure management best practices (availability service quality legacy systems).
Good knowledge of Incident Change Request and Release Management processes.
Understanding of vulnerability management.
Understanding of asset license and capacity management.
Understanding of resiliency disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity planning (BCP).
Experience in project management reporting timelines and dashboard publication.
Ensure resiliency tests and exercises are conducted as recommended.
Participate in application disaster recovery (DR) support activities.
Flexibility to support weekend activities when required.
Desirable Skills
Knowledge of ITIL V3
Agile certifications
Shell scripting

CGI provides a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this position. The calculation of this range depends on various factors including skill level geographic market experience education as well as professional licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions are based on the specifics of each case. A reasonable estimate for this salary range is between $60000 and $115000. This position is currently open.

Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interaction with national and global clients.
