Job Description:
You Are
A detailoriented tax professional who enjoys working across both income and indirect tax. You thrive in a collaborative environment stay organized under deadlines and take pride in keeping processes clean accurate and auditready. Youre comfortable navigating multiple systems and partnering with teams across the business.
You Will
Support US federal state city and US international income tax compliance as well as North American indirect tax filings
Prepare direct and indirect tax account reconciliations
Assist with documentation and submissions for audits
Partner with Sales and Billing to collect and maintain exemption certificates for the US and Canada in Vertex
Monitor and manage indirect tax tickets in Salesforce (e.g. sales tax rates exemption status)
Maintain the tax budget and support SAP processes including purchase orders and the procuretopay cycle
You Bring
Bachelors or associate degree (Accounting Finance or Business preferred)
2 years of experience in tax and/or indirect tax (preferred)
Strong organization attention to detail and deadline management
Clear professional communication skills and a collaborative mindset
High proficiency in MS Office
Experience with SAP Onesource Vertex Salesforce and PTMS (preferred)
Location:
This is a hybrid role with 4 days onsite in the Shelton CT office required. (No relocation assistance offered.)
Compensation: The wage range for this position is $65000-$85000 per year. Actual compensation will be based on skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements.
