What Youll Do

As a Sales Development/Inside Sales Account Executive you will be a key player in ensuring seamless customer experiences and supporting our sales organizations success. A typical day may include:

• Preparing accurate customer quotes including pricing delivery details and terms
• Processing customer purchase orders quickly and precisely
• Monitoring order activity using backlog reports openorder reports and customer portals
• Tracking and following up on quote activity open orders and customer inquiries
• Coordinating with internal teams suppliers and logistics partners to ensure ontime delivery
• Acting as a reliable liaison between customers suppliers and internal teams
• Supporting the sales team with Requests for Quotes (RFQs)
• Assisting field sales with business development and accountgrowth initiatives
• Delivering exceptional service to both new and existing accounts

Your work keeps customer operations running smoothly and supports GSTs commitment to delivering bestinclass service.

Qualifications & Skills

• 3-4 years of inside sales experience preferably in a technology partsmanufacturing distribution or customerfacing environment
• Proven negotiation and upselling skills with the ability to build strong longterm customer relationships
• Confidence in preparing and delivering quotes to clients
• Experience with ERP systems and strong Microsoft Excel skills (spreadsheets formulas data tracking)
• Excellent written communication skills especially through email
• Strong accuracy attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and stay effective in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment
• Calm resourceful problemsolver with strong criticalthinking skills
• A proactive selfstarter who collaborates well across teams and maintains a customerfocused mindset
