Motion Graphics Designer

Job Summary

JobTread is seeking a creative Motion Graphics Designer with a strong eye for design and a passion for this role youll bring ideas to life through engaging visuals motion graphics and video assets. Youll collaborate closely with our marketing design and video teams to produce high-quality content that supports our brand and effectively communicates our message.

Responsibilities

• Design and animate motion graphics for videos social media presentations and digital campaigns.
• Create storyboards style frames and animations that align with project goals.
• Collaborate with creative directors designers and video editors to ensure consistent branding.
• Incorporate feedback and make revisions while maintaining attention to detail.
• Stay current on design animation and video trends to bring fresh ideas to projects.
• Organize and manage project files to ensure efficient workflows.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors degree in graphic design digital media animation film studies or related.
• 3 years of professional experience in motion design animation or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects Premiere Pro Illustrator and Photoshop (Cinema 4D Blender or similar 3D experience a plus).
• Strong understanding of design principles: typography layout and color.
• Ability to balance creativity with meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A portfolio showcasing motion design and animation work.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with 3D animation VFX or compositing.
• Knowledge of audio editing/sound design basics.
• Familiarity with brand design systems and templates.
• Experience shooting and editing video and/or photography.
• Studio lighting setup and operation.
• Experience creating motion graphics for large-scale events.
