Compensation - Based on Experience

• New Graduates: $400000 $425000
• 3-6 Years of Experience: $425000 $475000
• 6 Years of Experience: $475000 $500000
• Negotiable partnership.

Clinical Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia and continuously monitor patients throughout surgical procedures across multiple specialties
• Provide pre-operative evaluations intra-operative management and post-operative care to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Collaborate with surgeons perioperative nurses and the broader care team to deliver seamless patient centered care
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all anesthesia services in accordance with regulatory standards

Qualifications

• MD or DO - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
• Active New Jersey medical license or ability to obtain prior to start
• Strong clinical skills with a commitment to patient safety and quality outcomes
• New graduates welcome - excellent mentorship and support environment
• Team oriented with excellent communication skills
