Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist to support a high-acuity trauma-designated facility. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Neuro IR and stroke interventions and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with on-call responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist physicians during interventional radiology procedures including neuro and vascular cases
Prepare and maintain sterile fields equipment and imaging systems
Operate fluoroscopy and other imaging modalities during procedures
Support stroke interventions and emergency neuro procedures
Monitor patient status and ensure safety throughout procedures
Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient care
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergency cases within required timeframe
Qualifications:
Active state licensure as an IR Technologist (as applicable)
BLS certification required
Minimum 25 years of Neuro Interventional Radiology experience
Stroke intervention experience required
Experience in trauma or high-acuity hospital settings preferred
