Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to join a high-acuity fast-paced emergency department. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical expertise in emergency care triage and critical interventions while delivering high-quality patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care across all acuity levels in the emergency department
Perform rapid assessments triage and prioritize patient care
Administer medications IV therapies and emergency interventions
Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to implement care plans
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Adhere to infection control safety and regulatory standards
Support trauma and critical care cases in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Texas or Compact State)
Minimum 2 years of recent ER experience (Required)
