Schedule & Shift

• Shift: Night Shift (3x12-hour shifts 7:00 PM 7:00 AM)
• Schedule Type: Block Scheduling (Required)
• Weekend Requirement: 6 weekend shifts every 6 weeks

Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to join a high-acuity fast-paced emergency department. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical expertise in emergency care triage and critical interventions while delivering high-quality patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across all acuity levels in the emergency department
• Perform rapid assessments triage and prioritize patient care
• Administer medications IV therapies and emergency interventions
• Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to implement care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Adhere to infection control safety and regulatory standards
• Support trauma and critical care cases in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Texas or Compact State)
• Minimum 2 years of recent ER experience (Required)

Certifications Required

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
• NIH Stroke Scale Certification
