Job Summary
Job Description:
Essential Job Functions:Assist in the development and execution of the sales enablement strategy focusing on alignment with sales to the design and delivery of sales training programs assisting with content closely with sales leadership to assess training needs prioritize areas for improvement and implement sales performance data to identify opportunities for enhancing sales processes and provide manage a team of sales enablement professionals offering guidance and in the selection and implementation of sales enablement technology effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sales enablement and report on the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives to senior management.Basic Qualifications:Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experienceTypically 7 years of relevant work experience in industry with a minimum of 3 years in a similar roleProven experience in sales and sales enablementProficiencies in sales strategy training and technologyA continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technologyOther Qualifications:Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plusRelevant certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) Certified Sales Enablement Professional (CSEP) is a plusCompensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors including but not limited to the experience job-related knowledge skills competencies as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $110300 - $204800.
