Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join an assisted living community in Woodsville NH. In this role you will provide high-quality resident-centered care in a supportive and homelike environment helping to enhance the comfort dignity and well-being of residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing dressing and grooming
- Support residents with mobility including the use of ambulation aids
- Provide companionship and promote social engagement
- Observe and report changes in residents physical or emotional condition to nursing staff
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care
- Ensure a clean safe and comfortable living environment
Qualifications:
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in New Hampshire
- Previous experience in assisted living long-term care or senior care preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Compassionate patient-focused and dependable
