Position Overview: Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join an assisted living community in Woodsville NH. In this role you will provide high-quality resident-centered care in a supportive and homelike environment helping to enhance the comfort dignity and well-being of residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing dressing and grooming
Support residents with mobility including the use of ambulation aids
Provide companionship and promote social engagement
Observe and report changes in residents physical or emotional condition to nursing staff
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care
Ensure a clean safe and comfortable living environment
Qualifications:
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in New Hampshire
Previous experience in assisted living long-term care or senior care preferred
