Window & Door Service Specialist

Infinity Replacement is Marvins dedicated window and door replacement business focused on bringing premium fiberglass products and expert craftsmanship directly to homeowners. Were growing in the Cleveland OH market and looking for an experienced installer who wants to use their skills in a more stable customer-focused service rolewithout daily full installs.

As a Window & Door Service Specialist youll be the go-to expert handling post-install service and warranty work on Infinity windows and doors. This role is ideal for a seasoned installer who understands how windows should be installed can diagnose issues efficiently and takes pride in delivering quality work the right way. Instead of rushing from install to install youll work independently manage your service route and solve real-world installation and product issuesbacked by Marvins products training and support team. Youll represent Infinity in customers homes applying your hands-on experience to repairs adjustments and service corrections while ensuring every homeowner feels confident they chose Marvin.

• Provide post-sales support for Infinity windows and doors.
• Professional timely communication with all customers and Infinity Replacement support staff that will allow us to fulfill our mission of providing an outstanding customer experience.
• Efficient time management route planning and service job scheduling that meets our stated service goals and the needs of our targeted customer.
• Clear concise job-sitedocumentation that provides insight to the inside support staff to facilitate timely closure of all service requests.

• Dependable proven work ethic and a self-starter.
• Excellent social skills; ability to deliver a difficult message and manage customer expectations.
• Excellent computer skills
• A positive can-do attitude with the ability to think outside the box to resolve service issues.
• Make sound decisions that impact the company from a financial standpoint.
• Excellent organizational skills to effectively handle weekly work schedules.

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Shown experience with installing replacement windows and doors.
• Excellent driving record and valid drivers license on an ongoing basis
• Ability to meet physical requirements of position including lifting up to 75 pounds climbing ladders and scaffolding.
