About the Role
We are seeking astrategic storyteller and marketing leaderto serve asaVertical MarketingSeniorManagerfor Walmart Connect.
In this role you willdevelop and lead category-specific marketing strategiesthat transform insights and industry trends into compelling narratives and go-to-market materials. Acting as a critical link betweendata storytelling and sales enablement you will shape how Walmart Connect communicates its unique value proposition across key verticals and audiences.
Youlllead a team thatcollaboratesacross SalesMediaInsights Product Marketing and Creative teams to create high-impact materials that empower our sales organization and inspire our advertisers.
This positionleadsa team thatsupportsGeneral Merchandise Fashion and Non-Endemic accounts andyoullreport to theDirectorVerticalMarketingwithin Walmart ConnectEnterpriseMarketing.
Key Responsibilities
LeadCategory Narratives
- Manage ateamroadmap of category-specific narratives highlightingWalmartConnectsdifferentiated value proposition.
- Translate complex data and insights into cohesive actionable stories thatdemonstrateWalmartConnectsimpact across the path to purchase.
Enable Sales Success
- Partner with Salesleads andcross-functional stakeholdersonthe most critical story needs per categorytodevelopcategory decks case studies and insight-driven toolkitsthat empower teams to have richer client conversations and accelerate revenue growth.
- Collaborate withtraining and sales enablement teams to train Sales on the most effective use of team outputs.
InfluenceThought Leadership
- Collaborate onresearch and insights initiatives includingagency studies advertiserperceptionreports and category analyses that position Walmart Connect as a trusted retail media authority.
- Develop materials that elevate WalmartConnectsrole in shaping the broader advertising and retail ecosystem.
Integrate Enterprise Storytelling
- Collaborate withWalmart ConnectEnterpriseMarketingContent Strategy Events and Brand Marketingteams to ensure vertical narratives align with WalmartConnectsoverarching story and visual identity.
- Influenceand collaborate withkey cross-functionalpartners includingProduct Marketing Media Insights andCreativeto ensure Enterprise Marketingmessaging strategy is consistentacross all sales materials and enablement channels.

The annual salary range for this position is $108000.00 - $216000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
