$125000 to $155000 up to 10% bonus
20% overnight travel for first 6 months
10% overnight travel afterward

Lead multiple dispersed teams
Oversee IT Field Support group
Travel to meet with managers / clients
Propose solutions to improve processes
Lead coach and mentor Field Support Managers
Develop KPIs for Managers to evaluate their teams
Build partnerships with vendors and hold them accountable
Ensure optimal IT support experience throughout all locations
Meet business timelines establish and measure required SLAs
Ensure solutions meet requirements for security portability and performance
Foster a culture of service excellence accountability and continuous improvement
Oversee performance management professional development and succession planning
