Requirements
Established painting crew (26 painters minimum)
Experience in residential exterior painting
Must have:
EIN
General Liability Insurance ($1M$2M)
Reliable transportation and equipment:
Ladders
Sprayers
Basic tools
Must be able to produce efficiently and maintain quality
Expectations
Follow scope and production schedules
Maintain jobsite cleanliness and professionalism
Deliver consistent high-quality work
Communicate with Project Manager and team
Hit production timelines
