Job Summary
To develop integrate and implement technical solutions and compliance documentation compliant with all relevant customer regulatory and airworthiness requirements within agreed program schedule and manufacturing constraints.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop implement and check technical solutions and compliance documentation to ensure they are compliant with all relevant internal/external stakeholders customer and regulatory requirements within agreed program schedule and constraints.
- Support Business Development and Intelligence projects: Power BI Alteryx and similar initiative with process standardization and coordination within the Repair Solutions business.
- Identify technical problems and apply/integrate solutions with/without guidance of supervising team
- Partner with internal stakeholders on process reviews data collection process mapping development and implementation for digital transformation projects.
- Execute and implement methods plans toolsets and approaches that are appropriate and compliant to achieve the design and program objectives.
- Identify and assess technical risk for own work and propose mitigations within assigned programs/projects.
- Develop designs compliant to cost and manufacturing requirements using appropriate techniques for design such as manufacture and assembly (DFMA) and design to cost.
- Assist business development and digital transformation department with projects and initiatives as required.
Job Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in engineering (Mechanical Manufacturing Software or another related field)
- 1 years of data configuration and digital modernization experience within manufacturing environment.
- 1 year of experience project development experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with the MS Office Suite specifically Word Excel and Powerpoint required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- GKN Experience
- Experience with Power BI
- Experience with Alteryx software
Compensation Range
The compensation range for this position is between $85000 - $90000.
