Role Overview
As a Business Development Manager (BDM) at Manyjobs you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring and managing large and mid-sized clients. You will lead a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs) mentor them and ensure delivery on aggressive sales targets. This role is both strategic and execution-focused.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management & Mentorship:
Lead a team of 510 BDEs set performance goals and ensure target achievement. Provide training and on-ground support for pitch improvement and closure strategy.
Business Acquisition:
Identify potential high-value clients across SMBs and enterprises. Conduct meetings with CXOs/HR Heads to present Manyjobs hiring solutions. Close large ticket-size deals and drive onboarding.
Account Management & Revenue Growth:
Manage client relationships post-onboarding to ensure retention and upsell opportunities. Collaborate with the account success team to ensure high NPS and client satisfaction.
Reporting & CRM:
Maintain accurate sales records via CRM. Share daily/weekly funnel reports with regional managers and category heads.
Strategy & Feedback Loop:
Act as the voice of the customer feed market insights to the product and category teams. Suggest tactical and strategic changes for improving the GTM (go-to-market) strategy.
Requirements
Experience:
4 to6 years in B2B/field sales preferably in HR Solutions SaaS BFSI Insurance or classifieds. Proven team management and mentoring experience is a plus.
Skills:
Strong communication negotiation and closing ability. Deep understanding of B2B client lifecycle and funnel metrics. Data-driven and performance-focused mindset.
Mobility:
Willingness to travel within the region extensively.
