Job Summary
- To ensure the supervision of children in all areas of the school and grounds in order that health and safety regulations are observed and school discipline is enforced.
- To carry out such direct supervision of children as is necessary.
- To organise and supervise the supervisory staff to ensure the supervision and discipline is as effective as possible.
- To liaise with the principal on all matters relating to mid-day supervision and to convey instructions to supervisory staff.
- To deal with minor problems and accidents and report any serious incident to the principal immediately.
- To oversee the arrangements for the consumption of meals and packed lunches including:
- Carry out all duties to comply with:
- All duties will be carried out in the working conditions normally inherent in the particular job
- All necessary paperwork must be completed.
