What Youll Do

• Manage a portfolio of business clients and agency partners across EMEA
• Provide consultative digital marketing strategies to improve performance and ROI

• Identify upselling opportunities and drive revenue growth

• Handle a high volume of accounts while maintaining strong service quality
• Build long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction & retention
• Engage clients via phone email and video to deliver tailored advertising solutions
• Work towards sales targets and KPIs in a dynamic fast-paced environment

What Were Looking For

• 12 years experience in sales account management or online advertising
• Strong interest or experience in Google Ads / digital marketing / AdTech

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills

• Native-level proficiency in German Danish Dutch or Finnish

• English (B2)

• Customer-focused adaptable and solution-oriented mindset
