Key Responsibilities
- Monitor application issues incidents and service requests
- Log track and follow up on issues; generate status reports and provide updates during weekly meetings
- Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with technical teams for resolution
- Coordinate meetings prepare agendas and record meeting minutes
- Perform system integration testing (SIT) and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Prepare user guides and support documentation
Primary Skill Set
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Administration Management Information Systems or related field
- 2 years of experience in Application Support Business Analysis or Project Coordination roles
- Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and application support processes including incident problem and change management
- Basic SQL knowledge is a plus
- Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills in both Thai and English
