This role sits at the intersection of AI engineering DevOps leadership driving the deployment and scaling of LLMs/SLMs in production environments.

This is not traditional DevOps this is owning AI infrastructure automation and delivery at scale.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Has deployed LLMs/SLMs from scratch (not just API usage)
• Thinks in systems automation and scalability

What Youll Do

• Lead architecture and deployment of AI/ML/GenAI systems (LLMs/SLMs)

• Build and automate:

  • Infrastructure (IaC)

  • Model lifecycle pipelines

  • Inference workflows

• Design secure scalable Azure-based environments

• Own CI/CD pipelines for AI workloads

• Drive cost optimization monitoring and compliance

• Mentor engineers and elevate AI DevOps best practices

• Act as technical advisor to stakeholders and clients

Tech Stack

• Azure Kubernetes
• Terraform Ansible
• Python Bash / PowerShell
• CI/CD (Azure DevOps GitHub Actions Jenkins)
• Linux macOS

What Were Looking For

• 5 years in DevOps / Cloud Engineering

• Proven hands-on experience:

  • AI/ML/GenAI systems

  • Deploying LLMs/SLMs in production (non-negotiable)

• Strong Azure expertise

• Advanced scripting (Python Bash/PowerShell)

• Deep knowledge of:

  • IaC (Terraform / Ansible)

  • CI/CD pipelines

• Experience with Kubernetes & scalable systems

Bonus:

• Azure certifications

• Consulting / client-facing experience

• Mentoring or leadership experience
