The Manager Financial Planning & Analysis is a key finance business partner responsible for financial planning performance management and decision support within People Corporation. The successful candidate will partner closely with the Director Finance to support the Product Centre teams including PFHR Collage Health Solutions OSI DCI. This role works closely with senior business leaders to provide insight into financial performance support business casing and ensure alignment between financial outcomes and evolving business strategies.
The Manager Financial Planning & Analysis will:
Finance Business Partnering & Decision Support
Act as a primary FP&A business partner to senior leaders providing financial insight to support operational and strategic decisionmaking.
Proactively engage stakeholders to understand business drivers risks and opportunities translating financial data into clear and actionable insights.
Support leadership with adhoc analysis related to growth initiatives restructuring activities compensation changes and investment decisions.
Budgeting Forecasting & Financial Planning
Lead the preparation of budgets forecasts and working versions for Product Centre teams
Prepare monthly financial presentation materials to report on the departments status against and ability to meet its financial strategic and operational objectives
Manage and validate commission models and calculations including budgeted commissions trueups and complex compensation structures.
Management Reporting & Performance Insights
Prepare and review monthly financial reporting materials including performance summaries variance explanations and executivelevel commentary.
Contribute to consolidated reporting and performance dashboards used for senior management reviews and boardlevel materials as required.
To be successful as a Manager Financial Planning & Analysis with People Corporation you will need:
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to influence decision making
Strong experience in financial modelling planning forecasting and executive reporting
Proven ability to translate financial data into clear business insights for senior leadership
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools
Professional accounting designation (CPA) preferred

Salary Range
The base salary for this position is between $90000 - $100000 annually.
This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation (i.e. annual bonus commission etc). The actual base salary will vary depending on local market conditions geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge skills qualifications experience and education/training.
