We are hiring German-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a global technology company supporting LinkedIn platform users in Athens.
In this role you will assist users with platform-related inquiries subscriptions and product functionality while delivering a high-quality customer experience across LinkedIns digital ecosystem.

What Youll Do
Provide customer support primarily via email and chat with occasional outbound calls
Handle inquiries related to LinkedIn Learning and Recruiter subscriptions
Troubleshoot administrator and platform-related issues
Support small businesses and educational institutions with LinkedIn advertising inquiries
Manage multiple conversations simultaneously across chat and email
Resolve common platform issues including account merging subscription management and platform functionality questions
What Were Looking For
German C1 level or native proficiency
English B2 level for training and internal communication
Excellent written communication skills
Strong PC skills including MS Office
Ability to manage multiple chats and emails simultaneously
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Typing speed: 25 words per minute.
