An opportunity for an experienced attorney to take ownership of personal injury cases while continuing to develop litigation skills and make a meaningful impact on clients lives. This role combines high professional standards with a collaborative supportive environment focused on strong case strategy and client-centered service.
Role Summary
Manage personal injury cases from pre-litigation through litigation including trial preparation when needed. Work closely with a support team to focus on legal strategy client communication and case execution. Tools and systems are in place to streamline drafting discovery depositions and trial preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle cases from pre-litigation through resolution
- Guide clients through the legal process with professionalism and empathy
- Assess liability damages and review medical records and evidence
- Draft and respond to pleadings discovery and motions
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Support and prepare for mediations hearings and trials
Candidate Profile
- Licensed attorney (active state license required)
- Litigation experience preferred
- Background in personal injury or insurance defense is a plus
- Strong writing organizational and communication skills
- Client-focused with attention to detail and case preparation
