This role designs and executes end-to-end recruiting strategies aligned to specific role requirements and regional talent markets. The ideal candidate is proactive data-driven and focused on delivering a strong candidate Youll Do Full-Cycle Recruiting & SourcingOwn active requisitions end to end from intake through offer acceptanceCreate post sponsor and optimize job ads to maximize reach quality and ROIProactively source talent through direct outreach referrals networking and digital platformsUse data and market insights to continuously improve candidate flow and time-to-fill Candidate Experience & Pipeline BuildingScreen interview and assess candidates for skill fit and potentialDeliver clear timely communication that keeps candidates clients and internal stakeholders engaged and informedBuild and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needsStay connected with placed employees to support retention and redeployment Partnerships & Employer BrandingBuild relationships with schools workforce agencies nonprofits and veteran organizationsRepresent the company at job fairs hiring events and community outreach effortsProfessional maturity in representing the company in client meetings networking events job fairs and hiring events Onboarding Compliance & OperationsCoordinate onboarding activities including documentation background checks and E-VerifyEnsure recruiting practices align with employment laws safety standards and internal policiesSupport basic HR and administrative tasks as needed Data Insights & Continuous ImprovementMaintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate data in DayforceReport on pipeline health hiring progress and sourcing effectivenessConduct market and wage research to inform competitive hiring strategiesLeverage AI tools automation and analytics to improve efficiency and resultsIdentify and implement process improvements to reduce friction and increase impact CollaborationPartner closely with sales and operations to align hiring with client needsShare insights test new approaches and scale what works across the teamCommunicate progress and results clearly with internal stakeholdersWhat You BringExperience in high-volume recruiting staffing or talent acquisitionStrong sourcing screening and candidate engagement skillsComfort working in a fast-paced deadline-driven environmentExperience with ATS platforms (Dayforce preferred) and Microsoft OfficeData-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metricsClear communication strong organization and sound judgmentBilingual in English Spanish and/or French highly preferred
