Location: This is an on-site opportunity based in downtown Los Angeles offering the energy exposure and hands-on collaboration of a busy litigation environment.
Note: Must have 2 years of civil personal injury litigation experience and active California bar admission.

Job Description
- Manage civil personal injury litigation matters from active case development through resolution.
- Draft pleadings motions discovery and other litigation-related documents.
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategy.
- Handle depositions court appearances hearings mediations and negotiations as needed.
- Work closely with clients experts and internal team members to move matters forward efficiently.
- Evaluate liability damages and case value to support strong litigation outcomes.
- Prepare files for trial and assist with trial strategy and presentation.
- Maintain high-quality client communication and provide thoughtful case guidance throughout the litigation process.
Qualifications
- Active California bar admission.
- 2 years of civil personal injury litigation experience.
- Strong writing research and oral advocacy skills.
- Experience handling discovery motion practice depositions and court appearances.
- Ability to manage a litigation caseload with appropriate supervision and sound judgment.
- Plaintiff-side personal injury experience is strongly preferred.
