Location: This is an on-site opportunity based in downtown Los Angeles offering the energy exposure and hands-on collaboration of a busy litigation environment.

Note: Must have 2 years of civil personal injury litigation experience and active California bar admission.

Job Description

• Manage civil personal injury litigation matters from active case development through resolution.
• Draft pleadings motions discovery and other litigation-related documents.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy.
• Handle depositions court appearances hearings mediations and negotiations as needed.
• Work closely with clients experts and internal team members to move matters forward efficiently.
• Evaluate liability damages and case value to support strong litigation outcomes.
• Prepare files for trial and assist with trial strategy and presentation.
• Maintain high-quality client communication and provide thoughtful case guidance throughout the litigation process.

Qualifications

• Active California bar admission.
• 2 years of civil personal injury litigation experience.
• Strong writing research and oral advocacy skills.
• Experience handling discovery motion practice depositions and court appearances.
• Ability to manage a litigation caseload with appropriate supervision and sound judgment.
• Plaintiff-side personal injury experience is strongly preferred.
