Remote IT Business Operations Manager requires:
- Strong understanding of IT financial management budgeting and cost controls
- Experience managing vendors contracts and third-party services
- 2 years of experience delivering business updates to leadership including crafting concise executive summaries for senior stakeholders
- 2 years of experience supporting large-scale enterprise initiatives
- Proficient in tools such as Excel PowerPoint and data visualization platforms
- Competency in vetting vendors for cybersecurity and regulatory compliance
- Strong business acumen with the ability to partner effectively with Finance Legal and Procurement
- Strong understanding of how data and analytics support business operations particularly within underwriting domains.
- Solid understanding of financial services product offerings distribution channels and the competitive landscape with the ability to translate external trends into internal strategy
