NDT Quality Test Specialist

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Experienced Non-Destructive Test (NDT) Quality Test Specialist 2nd Shift to join the Everett Delivery Center based out of Everett Washington.

Position Responsibilities:

• Performs setup for specialized non-destructive test or measurement equipment

• Develops procedures and processes

• Performs tests or inspections and collects data

• Documents analyzes and communicates results and assists with corrective action recommendations

• Provides feedback on adverse trends

• Responsible for non-destructive testing and acceptance of repairs to company products

• Conducts certification preparation training

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Currently hold or have you previously held Level II NDT certification (Ultra Sonic Eddy Current Radiography)

• Ability to work variable shifts overtime and weekends if necessary

• Capable of working in confined spaces and fit through a 10X18 oval opening

• Ability to pass and complete fall protection training and work with heights of seventy feet or more and not exceed weight restrictions

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 3 years of experience in NDI (non-destructive inspection) or NDT (non-destructive test) in Eddy Current and/or Ultrasonic and/or Radiography.

• Associates degree or higher a Technical certificate or degree or 2 or more years of equivalent technical experience

• Ability to travel 10-20% of the time
