AmLaw 100 Firm Real Estate Associate (3 Years)
An AmLaw 100 national law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate to join its Miami or Fort Lauderdale office.
This is a strong opportunity for a mid-level associate looking to work on a wide range of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions within a growing collaborative national platform.
What Youll Be Doing
- Handling acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate
- Supporting real estate financing transactions
- Drafting and negotiating commercial leases
- Working on joint ventures and development projects
- Managing key components of transactions from start to finish
What Theyre Looking For
- 3 years of transactional real estate experience
- Strong experience with leasing acquisitions dispositions and financing
- Ability to manage deals and work directly with clients
- Strong writing communication and problem-solving skills
- JD active Florida bar admission required
