French Bilingual Sales Agent Remote Part Time

Location:

Compensation:

$17-20/hour ($17.00 hourly base wage plus discretionary sales bonus per Reservation). Note: Hourly base wage may be higher depending on state or local minimum wage laws.

Job Requirements:

• Fluency in both French and English.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a clear articulate speaking voice strong verbal communication and a keen ability to actively listen.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously and efficiently navigate various business software applications.

Scheduling Requirements:

• Must be able to commit to and work 25 hours per week including at least one 6-hour shift on a weekend day per week with priority given to Candidates able to work both weekend days.
• Availability to work on holidays is required to provide continuous support for customers year-round. On these holidays you may be asked to adjust your schedule beyond your usual availability to meet business needs.

Available Shifts (all in Arizona time)

• 5:00 AM 1:30 PM: Monday Wednesday Thursday Friday and Sunday
• 10:30 AM 7:00 PM: Any days must include either Saturday or Sunday
• 12:30 PM 9:00 PM: Monday Tuesday Thursday Friday and Sunday

Work From Home Requirements:

Requirements apply at all times while working includingduring the application process educationand technical support.

• All work duties including initial education must be performed from your home address in a private quiet workspacefree from distraction or interruptions from household members or activities.
• Child-care and/or dependent arrangements must be made as if you were working in-person in an office environment. This position does not allow flexibility to be on-call care for others during work hours.
• A personal home computerheadset webcam and internet servicethat meets the technical requirementslisted below.
• Video conferencing is required and is ourprimary method of communication. Video conferencing should mirror working together in office; web cams always turned onpositioned for clear face-to-face communicationwork-appropriate dress code and home-office background with no virtual or blurred backgrounds allowed.

Initial Education/Training:

Our paid dynamic four-week training program is designed to quickly build on your existing skills and prepare you to independently assist U-Haul customers. The program combines instructor-led discussions role-playing interactive games simulations videos and e-learning modules through U-Haul University. Our instructors who bring real-world experience from the front lines will guide and support you every step of the way ensuring youre ready to confidently handle customer calls starting in your first week.

Physical Demands:

The work involves light physical exertion including sitting for long periods focusing on a computer screen and taking back-to-back phone calls using a wired headset.
