About the Opportunity:
We are partnering with a high-growth fast-paced start up to hire a Recruiting Operations Lead to help scale and optimize their engineering recruiting function. This is a more senior high-impact role designed to take ownership of operations analytics and infrastructure- freeing up time for leadership to focus on strategy and hiring outcomes.
The Role:
This role is ideal for someone who has come up through recruiting and is ready to step away from direct candidate management leaning instead into operations systems and data-driven decision-making. Youll sit at the center of a high-volume recruiting engine ensuring processes are efficient scalable and continuously improving.
Responsibilities:
- Own and optimize recruiting operations across a high-volume engineering hiring pipeline
- Analyze funnel performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and candidate quality
- Evaluate and refine candidate profiling - ensuring the team is targeting the right talent
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to provide visibility into recruiting metrics and trends
- Partner closely with leadership to streamline workflows and remove operational bottlenecks
- Oversee coordination logistics for a heavy onsite interview cadence
- Leverage tools and systems (CRM/ATS) to drive efficiency and scalability
Qualifications:
- Background in recruiting (agency or in-house) with a desire to transition into operations-focused work
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
- Experience working with CRM/ATS systems (Ashby preferred) and building dashboards/reporting
- Comfortable in a fast-paced high-intensity environment with significant onsite coordination needs
- Proactive systems-oriented thinker who enjoys improving processes at scale
