Casting Department Lead
Lead the Process. Own the Quality. Build the Team.

Were looking for a hands-on leader to run our Casting Departmentsomeone who can keep production moving uphold top-tier quality and develop a strong reliable team. If you thrive on accountability precision and leading from the floor this is your role.

What Youll Do

Lead the Team: Assign daily work train and mentor employees and address performance issues head-on.
Own Quality: Ensure every product meets specsweight dimensions and flawless finish (no warping or cracks).
Run the Process: Oversee machine setup barcode accuracy calibrations gel timing and proper demolding.
Stay Organized: Complete daily reports and production paperwork with accuracy.
Drive Safety: Enforce PPE maintain a clean workspace and handle materials like acetone and catalyst safely.
Manage Inventory: Monitor stock levels and complete routine inventory checks.

What You Bring

Supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production setting
Strong understanding of casting processes and quality control
Ability to train coach and hold a team accountable
Sharp attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Commitment to safety and operational excellence

The Details

Schedule: MondayFriday 6:00 AM 2:30 PM (OT as needed)
Pay: $26$30/hour (based on experience)
