Job Summary
Homecare Nurses Needed for Nights Evenings or Weekends in Bloomington IL
1-2 Nights/wk; 9pm-7am -Flexible Scheduling-
Friday/Saturday; 4pm-10pm
Weekends; 8am-8pm

Responsibilities
- 1 on 1 Patient Care.
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the physicians care plan of treatment.
- Monitor patients condition and compose patient charts.
- Assist patient in daily activities.
- Take and record vitals.
- Provide caregiver relief.
Requirements
- Active IL NURSING LICENSE
- Current CPR Certification
