As the Senior Programs Social Inclusion Outcomes Lead youll play a meaningful role in delivering NSW community inclusion projects under the departments Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Action Plan. This is a handson impactfocused role where your work directly contributes to better outcomes for diverse and underrepresented communities.
Reporting to the Social Inclusion Outcomes Manager and working closely with stakeholders across the department youll help turn ideas into action ensuring projects are delivered on time within scope and budget and with outcomes that truly matter.
In this role you will:
- Deliver highquality program and project management across a diverse portfolio of social inclusion initiatives
- Develop and maintain clear project plans documentation budgets and risk registers that keep work moving and risks visible
- Source analyse and report data to track progress measure social impact and support informed decisionmaking
- Undertake research evaluation and analysis to identify emerging trends issues and opportunities for improvement
- Prepare clear engaging briefs reports recommendations and governance papers
- Collaborate across divisions to align efforts share insights and deliver shared outcomes
- Contribute to continuous improvement by strengthening internal processes and lifting the quality of program delivery

You thrive in a fastpaced environment exercise sound judgement and can confidently manage competing priorities without losing sight of impact.
Were looking for someone who brings:
- Demonstrated experience in program or project management ideally in social impact diversity and inclusion or policyrelated work
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills including experience working across large or complex organisations
- Proven experience sourcing analysing and reporting data to measure progress and social impact
- Welldeveloped written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare clear compelling briefings and reports
- A sharp eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence and care
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience working in social impact and/or diversity equity and inclusion contexts including handson experience supporting initiatives that improve outcomes for diverse or underrepresented communities.
Essential requirements
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and external partnerships to deliver measurable outcomes.
- EX/UX design knowledge/experience
