Technical Support Engineer Hanoi

Role Overview:
The VRF Technical Support Engineer is responsible for supporting design technical consultation and resolving issues related to VRF air conditioning system design during the project phase coordinating with the sales department to provide optimal solutions for customers in order to facilitate project implementation and increase project success rate.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Perform cooling load calculation propose and select appropriate systems.
2. Select equipment models design piping systems.
3. Implement and produce construction drawings using CAD/Revit.
4. Coordinate with the sales department to prepare proposal documents and participate in bidding.
5. Collaborate with relevant departments to carry out general company tasks.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Preference given to candidates with a university degree or higher in the field of HVAC.
2. At least 5 years of experience in a technical/sales position at the following brands (or their agents/distributors): Daikin Mitsubishi Electric Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Panasonic Samsung LG Electronics Toshiba Carrier Hitachi etc.
3. Good understanding of the HVAC market; priority given to candidates who already have a local customer network.
4. Priority given to candidates with good English/Chinese communication skills.
5. Honest agile responsible able to work under pressure.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word Excel PowerPoint).

OTHER INFORMATION
