MOVE Your Business is proud to represent Automate Loan Docs a loan document automation solution built to support private lenders in generating fast compliant and court-tested loan documentation. Developed by the legal experts behind Geraci LLP Automate Loan Docs streamlines the creation of customized loan packages across all 50 U.S. states. Their mission is to empower private lending professionals with efficient reliable and legally sound tools that simplify processes reduce risk and enable scalable growth.

On behalf of Automate we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing initiatives campaign activities and day-to-day marketing operations remotely. This role is key in ensuring smooth coordination across marketing projects maintaining execution timelines and supporting lead generation efforts within the private lending and loan documentation industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Coordination
    • Support the planning coordination and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting private lenders brokers and real estate finance professionals
    • Ensure all campaign tasks are completed on time and aligned with marketing objectives and compliance standards
    • Assist in managing campaign calendars deliverables and launch timelines
  • Marketing Operations Support
    • Assist in maintaining smooth day-to-day marketing operations ensuring workflows are properly followed and documented
    • Coordinate between marketing sales and operations teams to ensure alignment across initiatives
    • Support process improvements to enhance efficiency in campaign execution
  • Content & Asset Management
    • Coordinate the preparation organization and distribution of marketing materials such as email campaigns landing pages and promotional assets
    • Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing channels
  • CRM & Tool Support
    • Assist in managing marketing tools such as HubSpot Clio and Zapier under the guidance of the Marketing Operations Manager
    • Help maintain accurate data entry list segmentation and campaign tracking within CRM systems
  • Reporting & Tracking
    • Support the collection of marketing performance data and assist in preparing basic reports on campaign results engagement and lead generation
    • Help track key marketing metrics to support data-driven decision-making
  • Cross-functional Coordination
    • Work closely with internal teams (sales operations and leadership) to support campaign alignment and execution
    • Assist in communicating updates deadlines and deliverables across departments
  • Administrative & Ad Hoc Tasks
    • Provide general administrative support for marketing initiatives and special projects
    • Assist in documentation scheduling and coordination tasks as needed

Requirements

  • 23 years of experience in marketing coordination marketing support or similar roles
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot CRM systems or automation tools (e.g. Zapier) is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Willingness to learn marketing operations within a specialized industry (private lending / legal tech environment)
  • Two professional references and a valid criminal background check issued within the last 60 days are required for all successful applicants.
  • Completion of intake paperwork including submission of a valid tax identification number (e.g. Social Security Number Social Insurance Number or the countrys equivalent) is required before onboarding.

Working Hours:
Full Time (40 hours per week)
Monday through Friday 8 AM - 5 PM Pacific Time

Pay: $850 $55 Allowance per month
