Support Operations is a core function within KBS responsible for production operations client platform engineering data management and technology support for our restructuring settlement and corporate administration businesses. We operate in a high-performance environment where responsiveness reliability and collaboration are key.
KBS team members work across global offices with hubs in Manila India the UK and North America to support mission-critical business workflows and deliver an exceptional experience to both internal and external clients.
Position Summary
Kroll Business Services (KBS) is seeking a Client Platform Coordinator to support the build and delivery of client-facing data collection websites dashboards and workflow automations.
This entry-level role is part of a fast-paced ticket-driven environment that supports daily operational requests. The Analyst I will configure forms dashboards and work management boards while learning the underlying data and platform architecture that power KBS applications.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and publish forms dashboards and boards under the guidance of senior team members.
Implement field logic validations and content mappings within established frameworks.
Build and maintain basic Power BI reports using governed datasets.
Configure automations using standard recipes to support business workflows.
Assist in testing validation and release documentation.
Resolve tickets and track progress in workflow management tools.
Required Technical Skills & Experience
Familiarity with XML XPath and data bindings for form logic.
Exposure to Power BI report building and DAX fundamentals.
Basic configuration boards columns and workflow automations.
Introductory SQL skills for validation and troubleshooting.
Exposure to SendGrid SharePoint or other data-driven platforms is a plus.
Clear written and verbal communication; strong attention to detail.
Nice to Have
Basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript understanding.
Familiarity with Jira/ServiceNow Git or similar workflow tools.
Awareness of SDLC and testing concepts.

Documentation and testing steps are consistent and complete.
Grows technical independence and platform understanding over time.
