About the Job:
We are looking for an experienced Finance Service Delivery Senior Manager to join our clients team and lead finance operations across large-scale this role you will act as a strategic advisor driving operational excellence and ensuring high-quality service delivery across Record-to-Report (RTR) Procure-to-Pay (PTP) and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes. You will oversee complex initiatives guide teams through challenges and maintain strong client relationships. This position offers the opportunity to lead high-performing teams improve processes and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage large-scale finance operations projects and initiatives
- Oversee RTR PTP and OTC processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Serve as a strategic advisor to clients and stakeholders
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
- Manage and develop high-performing diverse teams
- Handle complex issues and provide effective solutions in a dynamic environment
- Ensure compliance with service delivery standards SLAs and company policies
- Maintain clear communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Uphold high standards of quality professionalism and performance
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Finance Accounting or a related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) is an advantage
- 10 years of solid experience in Finance Operations (RTR PTP and OTC)
- Hands-on experience with SAP Oracle or similar finance systems
- Experience managing large teams and complex projects
- Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills
- Can start immediately if possible
- Amenable to work on a night shift
