About the Job:
We are looking for an experienced Finance Service Delivery Senior Manager to join our clients team and lead finance operations across large-scale this role you will act as a strategic advisor driving operational excellence and ensuring high-quality service delivery across Record-to-Report (RTR) Procure-to-Pay (PTP) and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes. You will oversee complex initiatives guide teams through challenges and maintain strong client relationships. This position offers the opportunity to lead high-performing teams improve processes and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage large-scale finance operations projects and initiatives
Oversee RTR PTP and OTC processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Serve as a strategic advisor to clients and stakeholders
Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
Manage and develop high-performing diverse teams
Handle complex issues and provide effective solutions in a dynamic environment
Ensure compliance with service delivery standards SLAs and company policies
Maintain clear communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Uphold high standards of quality professionalism and performance
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Finance Accounting or a related field
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) is an advantage
10 years of solid experience in Finance Operations (RTR PTP and OTC)
Hands-on experience with SAP Oracle or similar finance systems
Experience managing large teams and complex projects
Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills
Can start immediately if possible
Amenable to work on a night shift
