Role Overview

The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting the financial management of the group with a strong focus on financial analysis project evaluation and valuation of existing and prospective investments.

This position is ideal for a finance professional who is looking to move beyond traditional accounting and gain exposure to strategic decision-making and investment analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Control

  • Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
  • Monitor budget vs actual performance and provide variance analysis
  • Support cash flow forecasting and working capital management
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards
  • Assist with audits and statutory reporting

Investment & Valuation Analysis

  • Perform financial analysis and valuation of:
  • Ongoing projects
  • New investment opportunities
  • Develop and maintain financial models (e.g. NPV IRR ROI)
  • Assess financial viability and risk of projects
  • Support senior management in investment decision-making

Project Finance & Business Partnering

  • Work closely with operational teams across different business units
  • Monitor project costs profitability and financial performance
  • Support financing activities and funding structures where required

Strategic & Analytical Support

  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance
  • Develop financial dashboards and KPIs
  • Contribute to process improvements and financial efficiency initiatives

Requirements

  • ACCA / ACA qualified or Finance / Investment background (or currently in progress)
  • Minimum 35 years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience in real estate investments audit or advisory is considered an asset
  • Ability to work independently and interact with senior stakeholders
