Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized results-driven and proactive Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day execution of program activities within the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient program delivery coordinating teams and managing strategic partnerships while enabling leadership to focus on fundraising and long-term strategy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Program Operations & Execution

• Oversee and execute day-to-day program delivery across all initiatives.
• Ensure operational efficiency and timely implementation of projects.
• Translate strategic plans into actionable operational activities.

2. Team Coordination & Supervision

• Coordinate manage and supervise cross-functional teams.
• Set performance targets and monitor team productivity.
• Provide leadership mentorship and performance feedback to staff.

3. Partnership & Stakeholder Management

• Identify develop and manage commercial and strategic partnerships.
• Maintain strong relationships with partners vendors and service providers.
• Support collaboration with donors sponsors and external stakeholders.

4. Process Improvement & Compliance

• Develop and optimize operational processes and workflows.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and donor requirements.
• Monitor risks and implement mitigation strategies.

5. Reporting & Performance Monitoring

• Track operational KPIs and provide regular performance reports.
• Work closely with the M&E team to align operations with impact goals.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve program effectiveness.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management Social Sciences or related field (Masters degree is an advantage).
• 5 8 years experience in operations management preferably within an NGO or development sector.
• Proven experience in team leadership and project execution.
• Strong organizational problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience managing partnerships and stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
