This isnt a standard support role; its a position for a brand ambassador who can deliver the high-level professional etiquette and precision that the Japanese market demands.

The Role in Focus:

  • Strategic Communication: You will be the primary point of contact for Japanese-speaking customers providing a seamless shopping experience via phone and email.
  • Operational Integrity: You will manage sensitive payment data and online orders with 100% accuracy and a focus on data security.
  • Brand Advocacy: Youll resolve complex concerns with empathy and Omotenashi spirit ensuring brand loyalty stays at an all-time high.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Youll stay at the forefront of industry trends and provide feedback to improve the global customer journey.

Who fits this profile

  • Language Proficiency: Native or C2 level Japanese (read/write/speak) and a strong B2 level of English for our international office environment.
  • Educational Background: A Bachelors Degree or Diploma in any field.
  • Experience: At least 6 months in a customer-oriented role. (Fresh graduates in Communication English or related fields are also welcome!).
  • Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence a proactive attitude and the ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
