Job Summary

Kuala Lumpur has become a massive global hub for high-end digital services and right now we are looking for a specific professional to join that narrative. We are seeking a Korean-speaking Customer Success Specialist who understands that great service is an art form.

In this role you arent just supportyou are the primary bridge for our Korean-speaking customers helping them navigate a world-renowned shopping platform with the sophistication and professional etiquette they expect.

What you need to bring:

  • The Language Edge: Native or C2 fluency in Korean (Written & Spoken) and a solid B2 level in English.
  • Academic Foundation: A Bachelors Degree or Diploma in any field. (Fresh grads in Comm/Linguistics are highly encouraged!).
  • Customer Grit: At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing environment and the emotional intelligence to stay composed in a fast-paced setting.
