Job Summary
We are expanding our Customer Success team and need someone who isnt just fluent in Taiwanese but who truly understands the nuances of the culture and the Passion for Excellence our brand represents.
The Mission: Youll be the voice of a global shopping platform helping our Taiwanese-speaking customers navigate their orders resolve concerns and experience luxury-level support. This isnt about clearing a queue; its about representing a world-class brand with responsibility and empathy.
What we are looking for:
- Native-level Taiwanese (Hokkien) fluency is a must alongside strong English (B2) for our internal multicultural collaboration.
- A Degree or Diploma (any field). If youre a fresh grad in Mass Comm or English this is a perfect first step into a global corporation.
- At least 6 months of experience in any customer-facing role.
- The EQ to handle high-pressure situations with a calm professional and solution-oriented mindset.
