The profile we are seeking is someone who has worked inside a CRM platform (Optimove Fast Track Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar iGaming CRM tools) built and scheduled bonus and promotion flows run A/B tests on campaigns and reported on KPIs like conversion redemption rates and player response.

They offer a full-service model covering platform technology CRM licensing player management payment processing and customer support giving clients everything needed to launch and scale a gaming brand.
This is a hybrid role with presence in the Limassol office required only on Wednesdays. The starting salary for this position is 2200 gross monthly.
The CRM Account Manager duties & Responsibilities:
Creating monthly promotion plans and marketing campaigns
Configuring and testing offers
Analysing and reporting on campaigns results
Optimizing campaigns
Working closely with the content and design teams to create the best campaigns for various communication channels (email sms web push pop ups etc.)
Requirements:
High technical aptitude and data-driven approach
Basic knowledge of Excel and AI tools
Proficient in English
Multitasking capabilities
Basic knowledge of HTML CSS SQL
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
