The profile we are seeking is someone who has worked inside a CRM platform (Optimove Fast Track Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar iGaming CRM tools) built and scheduled bonus and promotion flows run A/B tests on campaigns and reported on KPIs like conversion redemption rates and player response.
Established in 2012 this company is an industry-leading provider of turnkey gaming platform solutions for online casino and sportsbook operators. They offer a full-service model covering platform technology CRM licensing player management payment processing and customer support giving clients everything needed to launch and scale a gaming brand.
This is a hybrid role with presence in the Limassol office required only on Wednesdays. The starting salary for this position is 2200 gross monthly.
The CRM Account Manager duties & Responsibilities:
- Creating monthly promotion plans and marketing campaigns
- Configuring and testing offers
- Analysing and reporting on campaigns results
- Optimizing campaigns
- Working closely with the content and design teams to create the best campaigns for various communication channels (email sms web push pop ups etc.)
Requirements:
- High technical aptitude and data-driven approach
- Basic knowledge of Excel and AI tools
- Proficient in English
- Multitasking capabilities
- Basic knowledge of HTML CSS SQL
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
