Your Role
- Provide outstanding support to users via phone chat email and social media
- Assist customers with account setup login issues and subscription management
- Troubleshoot streaming app and technical problems
- Guide users on payment queries and service changes (pause cancel renewals)
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records
- Report trends and customer feedback to help improve the service
Your Qualifications
- Speak Danish/Norwegian/Swedish/Finnish fluently (C2 level) and have a good command of English (B2 level)
- Have strong communication and active listening skills
- Are customer-oriented and empathetic
- Are adaptable and can work well under pressure
- Have experience in customer service (preferred not required)
- Are flexible with rotating shifts and weekend work
