Role Overview
The role is responsible for leading the organizations financial strategy ensuring strong financial governance and supporting business growth through effective planning analysis and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee financial planning budgeting forecasting and long-term financial strategy.

Ensure accurate timely financial reporting in compliance with regulatory statutory and internal requirements.

Manage cash flow treasury functions investments and financial risk to maintain financial stability.

Develop and monitor financial controls policies and procedures to safeguard company assets.
-
Provide strategic financial insights analysis and recommendations to senior management to support business growth and decision-making.

Oversee audits tax matters and liaison with external auditors banks and regulatory authorities.

Lead mentor and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and accountability.

Support business expansion initiatives cost optimization and profitability improvement.
Requirements

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or Economics (Masters degree preferred).

ACCA qualified; CPA / CA qualification is a strong advantage.

1015 years of progressive experience in finance with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Strong knowledge of financial regulations accounting standards budgeting forecasting and reporting.

Proven experience in strategic planning financial analysis and risk management.

Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate financial data into business insights.
