Job Summary
Electrical Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Rochester (Projects mainly in London)
Salary: Up to 90000 including package DOE
Were seeking an experienced Electrical Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing electrical contractor delivering commercial and industrial projects. This role offers genuine longterm progression with a pathway toward Commercial Manager/Director level.
The Role
- Manage financial and contractual elements of electrical installation projects
- Prepare cost estimates budgets tenders and monthly client applications
- Oversee procurement subcontract packages and commercial correspondence
- Handle variations takeoffs and design changes
- Ensure contractual compliance and manage risk/opportunity
- Work closely with Project Managers across Londonbased projects

- Technical understanding of electrical installations and drawings
- Experience in commercial/industrial project environments
