Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a dynamic personality with a passion for achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive approach to develop and maintain relationships with potential clients aiming to drive sales and ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our products/services.
• Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions to increase sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure a high level of customer service.
• Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement sales plans.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or in a similar sales/customer service role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  
• Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong listening skills with an ability to understand and persuade clients.
• A strong desire and ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Graduate
• 1-2 years of proven experience in telesales or related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
• Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
