Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in USA/UK-based healthcare campaigns within a BPO/call center environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with international clients promoting healthcare-related services and driving revenue through effective sales strategies while ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Conversion (International Campaigns)

• Conduct outbound/inbound calls to clients in USA/UK markets
  
• Promote healthcare services such as medical billing insurance services or healthcare solutions
  
• Convert leads into successful sales while meeting assigned targets
  

Client Handling & Relationship Management

• Build strong relationships with international clients
  
• Understand client needs and provide tailored healthcare solutions
  
• Handle objections professionally and close deals effectively
  

Performance Management

• Achieve daily weekly and monthly sales KPIs
  
• Maintain accurate records of leads calls and conversions in CRM systems
  
• Provide regular updates and reports on performance
  

Compliance & Quality

• Ensure adherence to healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA preferred)
  
• Follow company SOPs and quality guidelines during all interactions
  
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and data confidentiality
  

Required Skills & Abilities

• Excellent English communication skills (neutral or American/UK accent preferred)
  
• Strong sales skills: prospecting objection handling and closing
  
• Experience working with international clients (USA/UK)
  
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
  
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  
• High attention to detail and compliance awareness
  

IT Skills

• CRM systems (Salesforce HubSpot or similar)
  
• Dialer systems / call center tools
  
• Microsoft Office (Excel Word)
  

Qualification

• Bachelors degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
  

Experience

• 13 years of experience in BPO / Call Center
  
• Mandatory experience in USA/UK healthcare campaigns
  
• Experience in medical billing insurance sales or healthcare services is highly preferred
